SKY'S SHADOW
From 2006-2012 I once was stage piano playing frontman of this safe-claimed progressive rock band called "SKY'S SHADOW" for the second time, after I had left them in order to successfully complete my university studies at Cologne University & Cologne College of Music for Secondary School teaching in the subjects of English and Music. I rejoined them in a moment when they were in the midst of creating a concept album on William Shakespeare's famous "Romeo and Juliet" tragedy. In the end I contributed as singer of all male rolls on a project that originally was planned to star the likes of James LaBrie from Dream Theater later published on Apple Music. What went unnoticed by all the album critics upon its release was that in 2009 I had managed to convince my school's theatre group to perform the piece together with Sky's Shadow, the school choir and orchestra - something which was unique at the time! Sky's Shadow's promotional CD back in 2000 had songs by all three composers, who next to T-I-M were Christoph Wansleben and Tobias Schaaf with their greatest gig being in the Smidt Arena (Leverkusen) together with rock dinosaurs Status Quo. They later thanked him by performing in a video to T-I-M's "Xcuse me".
